This is Theo.  We met at a Christmas Market in 2019.

I saw him from across the way…you know the rest.

What I want to share with you is my customer experience.  (Spoiler alert: please remember to make it easy for your customers to buy from you.)  At the market, it was a cash only experience that went smoothly (I knew from experience to expect cash only).  Fun & friendly interaction.  Alles gut!

I bought Theo to send home as a Christmas present.  But I fell in love with him and didn’t want to give him up.  My solution…just buy another one!

No problem, I still have the bag I will just call and order.  They were all really cute.  This way I won’t have the agony of choosing… bonus!

But then, nothing… not one piece of information about the artist or a way to reach him.  Not on the bag.  Not in the bag.  Not on Theo.

Theo cost 10€.  I was prepared to buy 3 more and pay shipping…

What I find a shame is that the Artist will never know my experience or that he lost a sale that was 3x larger than my original purchase…

If he had grabbed my email address, I would have a chance to order as soon as he sends me something…

But he didn’t.
