We Are Grafika is a graphic design recruitment agency, working with graduates and young designers to place them in their most perfect roles.

The objective here was for the website to embody the bold, collaborative, and very human culture of the We Are Grafika recruitment team. The company aims to break down the constructs and constraints of traditional recruiting by using their website as a resource for learning as well as job postings.

We Are Grafika hopes to empower users into applying for jobs which they might think are beyond their capabilities, so we worked to implement a bright, motivating color palette and a sense of approachability that would work across all channels and devices. We wanted to make it easy for users to find their career-defining roles with We Are Grafika.
